Did you know … whether you have 24 days or 24 hours, you can look great at your reunion?

While “slow and steady wins the race” when it comes to improving the look and feel of your skin, it is possible to get better skin tomorrow. Whether you have months, days or hours, here’s how to make the most of the time you have:

2-4 months: Develop or tweak your daily skincare regimen to target your unique skin concerns. Whether you’re concerned about wrinkles, dullness, brown spots, sensitivity or blemishes, intelligent daily skincare adds up over time to make a major impact on the appearance of your skin. Complement your daily routine with once-weekly macro-exfoliation to sweep away dead skin cells and reveal a younger-looking, more radiant complexion.

24 days: If you haven’t already, incorporate macro-exfoliation for five minutes once a week to sweep away dead skin cells and allow a smoother complexion to shine through. Unlike an in-office microdermabrasion treatment, macro-exfoliation can be done at home and requires no downtime to heal. Even one use will go a long way to improving the look of your skin.

24 hours: Procrastinators rejoice –you can improve the look of your skin in one day. Use a mineral peptide product to perfect your complexion and diffuse any facial redness, and an eye cream with optical filters to brighten the eye area. Boost your complexion from the neck down by applying sunless tanner at least four hours before your event. Even a subtle faux glow is a known red-carpet secret for masking imperfections (redness, bruising, varicose veins), disguising cellulite and helping you look slimmer and more toned. These are quick, but effective, fixes. Post-event, start on a daily skincare routine so that you’re not scrambling before your next event.

How to Find the Best Conferences and Trade Shows to Promote Your Business (and Connect with Hundreds of New Prospects!)

Post image for How to Find the Best Conferences and Trade Shows to Promote Your Business (and Connect with Hundreds of New Prospects!)Looking for new leads for your business? Why spend time searching them out one by one when you can connect with hundreds (sometimes thousands) of ideal prospects, all in one place, and in just a few days?

Many network marketing and direct sales professionals already know the value of showcasing their business and products at expos, tradeshows and conferences (one of the most highly-leveraged networking experiences around). It’s surprisingly affordable to get booth space, “set up shop” and start connecting with people passing through.

These days, there are so many different groups and events that can help you build your business. You may already be working local bridal shows or health and wellness expos, but with just a little research, you’ll find MANY other events (local, regional and national) where you can easily reach your ideal customers and potential business partners.

But First – Narrow Down the Field

Although all kinds of people buy your products and join your business, it’s important to identify your “most ideal” prospects. This way, you can target the conferences and events they attend, while leveraging your time and energy (because you’ll only attend events where you’ll find people who are a true fit for what you offer).

Take a moment to answer these two questions:

1. What kind of prospect is perfect for your products?(Who’s already buying your products? Who are your BEST customers)? For example: Men over 40, women under 30, moms, busy professionals, people who want to lose weight, or baby boomers?

2. What kind of person would you love to recruit into your business? (Who are you already attracting? What kind of people are doing especially well in your company?) For example: Stay-at-home moms, corporate professionals, baby boomers, teachers, wellness professionals?

Come up with a “top 10 list” of your more ideal prospects (ideally people who are a great fit for both your products and business) and then narrow the list down to your top 3 “ideal prospects.”

This will be your “target market” or the ‘niche” with which to start.

Conferences and Trade Shows for Any Market

No matter who your ideal prospect is—there’s an event where you can find them (often in large numbers). It’s amazing how many different associations, trade shows, expos and conferences exist these days. With just some quick online research, I found associations for all of the prospects listed below. Indeed, many have more than one association—and some hold events at the national (and even international) level!

Teachers – Nurses – Dentists – Doctors – Health Care Providers – Chiropractors – Dental Hygienists – Massage Therapists – Stay-At-Home Moms – Working Moms – Dads – Baby Boomers – Small Businesses (lawyers, financial planners, accountants, etc) – Executives (men and women) – CEOs – Female Entrepreneurs – Military Officers – Military Wives – Gen-Xers – Retirees

There are also many trade shows and conferences dedicated to specific topics or interests. I was able to easily find trade shows or conferences on the following topics:

Golf – Travel – Beauty – Fashion – Shoes – Spa and Salons – Bridal – Wellness – Fitness – Cosmetics – Spa – Weight Loss – Electronics

If you can identify a specific group or area of interest, there’s probably an association, conference or trade show that already supports it! (Did you know there’s a national association for “Stay at Home Mom’s?)

This is great news for you! If you’re willing to research your niche and come up with a well-planned and executed strategy, you can be showcasing your business at some great new events (likely ones not being thought of by others in your company, or your competitors). Even by attending a few each year, you will connect with hundreds of new leads, and attract many new customers and team members in the process.
Where to start?

Do Your Research

Start by poking around the Internet to find groups or associations for your target market, and see what conferences or trade shows they attend. Use a few different search engines (like Google and Yahoo) to get a good mix of results.

Enter “Target Market + Association” in the search bar and see what comes up. Try this with the words “trade show” and “conference” too.

For example:

Weight Loss + Association
Weight Loss + Trade Show
Weight Loss + Conference
Weight Loss + Organization
Teachers + Association
Teachers + Trade Show
Teachers + Conference
Teachers + Organization

If you want to find events closer to home, or in a specific part of the country, you can also add specific geographic search terms to narrow results by state or city.
Teachers + Association + California
Teachers + Association + San Diego

More Resources

There are some great websites that pull together information about trade shows and conferences in different markets. Be sure to check these out:
  • BizTradeShows.com
  • The Trade Show News Network- www.TSNN.com
You can also check with your local chamber of commerce or state convention and visitors bureau to see events scheduled in your area. Tourist information centers and city websites are also great sources of information. (Most major cities have a website showcasing local events.)

Pickup magazines catering to your target market and look through the ads (usually at the back) for events and trade shows. Look at the other ads too—they might give you ideas about other companies and organizations that cater to this market.

And don’t forget to ask around! Talk with people you know in this target market to find out about other events, groups, associations and conferences. Your contacts can often give tips or insider information about these events to help you determine if it’s worth your time to attend or book an exhibitor booth.

Identifying a good conference or trade show to promote your business takes time and research, but the dividends can be huge. Get ready to have fun, work hard and show off your business!

Finding Your Freedom

As my good friend Barbie Bassett says: “There is a vast difference between wanting to and willingness.”

I worked very hard to live a life that I love–I was willing to “do whatever it takes” to build the life of fun and freedom for my family that we wanted! My motto has always been: “I can do anything for a short period of time to provide the time and financial freedom my family deserves.”

When I started my network marketing business I had a full time teaching career, was supporting my husband’s business, was active in my church and community, and was taking college credits on top of that. I juggled a lot, but took things day by day–consistently working my business daily–and it paid off! I retired in my 20′s and now live the life I’ve always wanted to.

As some of my friends and family returned back to work at a job some didn’t love–and wished back the holiday weekend–I was extremely grateful that I worked very hard over the past 5 years in my network marketing business to be able to enjoy every day with my family and friends. To me, each day seems like a holiday.

Like myself, my mother also earns a 7 figure annual income in network marketing. Needless to say, this profession changed our family’s life! As we pulled up to our beautiful home on the lake after waterskiing, my mom began to cry and hugged me and said: “I’m so proud of you Sarah–who would have ever thought our lives would look this way?” (she just bought a dream home on the lake too).

This Monday (the day after Fourth of July weekend with family and friends) I reflect on why everyone doesn’t choose this life–why doesn’t everyone go the distance in their home based business? Perhaps it’s that their “willing to” isn’t as a great as their “want to”.

My motivation continues to be this–time freedom and financial freedom–so I can live a life that I love, with the people I love. And to me, that’s all I need to motivate me. I am willing to do what it takes to provide the time and financial freedom that my family deserves…so we can live the life that we want to live.

Are you WILLING to do the work it takes to live the life you WANT? If so, then every day can look and feel like a holiday…every day can be your very own “Independence Day”! Freedom isn’t free, but it’s so worth it!

How To Build a Facebook Fanbase By Monday

How can you quick start your own Facebook presence? The problem with social media, often, is it works for other people but not for you. Is there a way for you to become one of the great community builders?

Take Sandi Krakowski as an example of someone who is well on their way to social media stardom.  I’ve been writing about social media for five years and have nearly 7,000 Twitter followers. That’s poor for someone in the business. On Facebook I fare much worse – 650.

Sandi, who does not come from a social media writing background has over 1o0,000 on both. Here’s her Facebook business page. It is all about Sandi.
I asked her over email how she does it and here is a critical insight I learned from talking to her. Social networks truly reflect the broad diversity of cultures out there in society. When someone tells you how to do good Facebook or good Twitter you have to stop and ask – who am I doing this for? Who is my audience? And who do I really want to connect with? What types of people?

Because only when you think that way does this new democracy empower you. Anything else and you are living in old media land.
This tribal effect also means that social media gurus will crop up in every hue and form – because every community or tribe will have its leaders.
In terms of techniques for growth Sandi takes a simple route. In a nutshell, she posts regularly on Facebook – every hour. And she speaks in what she calls the voice of her ideal customers.

She also makes it personal, adding her religious experiences to her personal enthusiasm. Although she has a team, the social media presence is really about Sandi and how much she cares about her customers. It’s about love in a way that would have pleased John Lennon.

I said a few weeks back that there is a trend towards therapy in 140 characters. Social media is becoming online hugging, as more and more social media influencers use personal messages of hope, support, and good will to keep their connections going strong. That’s what you get with Sandi.
I find that a little off-key, at least for me. But it works because of what Sandi says – she speaks in the voice her ideal customers want to hear, a little like those of us who write about tech trends tend to focus on the stories that people are reading.

So here is Sandi’s story. I interviewed her as part of a series I am doing while I compile the social media power influencers list with Peek You. See more on that here. I edited the interview for readability.

Sandi:

Initially my FB page was a way to connect with clients and talk to them about our  blog posts and products, as most businesses ‘were’ doing. It was a sales  channel.

(Sandi now sells social media services) What was her background in online media?

Sandi:

I’ve run 11 successful businesses online. My first company being an online  newsletter using the old school Major Domo email which led to an ecommerce business in 1997. It was a kitchenware business, that was built in the same way of communication as I’m doing social media today-good ole fashioned customer  service and caring about my ideal clients, and speaking their ideal language.

I’ve run ecommerce businesses in kitchenware, vitamins, bread making forums,  went onto becoming a copywriter, online marketer and pay per click specialist.  My first pay per click campaign was in 1998.
On social media she says: “Social media is a process of good relationships, copy that speaks to your idea clients and truly caring about your audience.”

I asked if she had good personal Twitter and Facebook reach before she began building it out for her business?
Sandi:

We went from 10,000 on Twitter to 114,000 because everything we do works synergistically together. My personal FB reach was at 5000 (FB limit) but only  1118 of my friends are connected to my FB business page. (We shouldn’t spam  our personal pages with business) This shows that the clients we’ve attracted to  my Facebook page are there for business and not just friends ‘hanging out’. Our  model teaches, “Loving Your Customers” just as the merchants of old used to do when everyone came on horse and buggy. Giving personal touch on all of our  platforms built substantial growth overall.

What kind of plan did she come up with?

Sandi:

The ‘typical engagement’ of 4-8% on a Facebook Page that so many experts said was great didn’t resonate with me. In my mind, these were pathetic  engagement rates for email, a blog or any other communication. How could it be  acceptable on social media?

The biggest step towards increasing our engagement and growing our  community we made was by being very intentional in not being a ‘typical’ social  media marketer. We didn’t want to just speak to people when we had something to sell, only post when we wanted them to ‘opt in’ or give us feedback.

Relationship, which has been the golden thread through all of my successful online businesses, was the motivating and directing compass here as well.  We made a commitment to post every hour, something motivating, encouraging  and speaking to our clients directly, about things that would benefit them. Our greatest marketing campaign was and still is, “How can I help someone get a result today?” Some of these results may be tangible, others intangible. But  either way the main purpose, for which we are driven, is to help people to create a real change thru their business, is accomplished.

How did you launch the plan?

Sandi:

To be very honest with you, we just began to do more of what we were already doing on my very successful blog and email messages every hour on Facebook. The effect was nearly instant! I had just gotten back from a family vacation to Hawaii. That trip created some serious engagement and I began to think, “WHOA… they are very interested in the personal side of business, as well as  really having a relationship with us. Let’s bring them ‘all in’ to our culture and see what happens.” The rest is history! And what a rewarding fun time it is every single day!

I must note that the clients we have who do the exact same thing: posting regularly, getting involved, motivating, answering questions, posting pictures and building a community as opposed to a ‘sales’ page also see amazing results nearly instantly.

What were the distinct phases in your success?

Sandi:

When we saw people asking for more help, bringing us results that their once  ‘unseen’ business was now on the first page of Google. Results that came in from people who said they were writing more, speaking, blogging, and stepping  into things they never thought they could learn like PPC. Ironically we get some very personal stories that inspired us and caused us to continue on this path.

We’ve had a few people who told us our daily posts on Facebook kept them going through a job loss or a serious challenge in their life. A few people have even told us our regular posts gave them hope when they were struggling with depression after so many disappointments in the recent economic struggle.

Our audience even includes some young people who want to build a business in their future and along with their parents find our material great educational content in that growth. As a mom who has homescooled for 24 years, all of my children work with my husband and me… our FB culture is about EVERYTHING it takes to really have a successful business AND a successful life.

The big distinction that I have seen recently is that our audience is populated with just as many men as women. This means we’re helping everyone and that is a personal mission and purpose of mine! Not just attracting people who are ‘just like me’ that so many marketers seem to focus on. We have companies and clients who follow and work with us.

What are the major lessons you would pass on to others?

My biggest Facebook Marketing tip would be – Be yourself. Be true to you. You’ll  attract clients who are the same. Even if you’re a big brand, get to know your clients more than you do your products and have relationship with them. Have your client care team become a ‘Facebook Team” that supports, encourages and engages daily.

Be unique, be intentional and have fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re a small mom and pop type business or a huge corporation. Social media has CHANGED the way people do business. They want to have relationships with us. More than 1 billion people are active daily on Facebook. As business owners it’s our honor to serve them, live, daily.

So that’s Sandi’s perspective. How can you spend a fruitful weekend boosting your own Facebook presence? I’m tempted to do this myself:

1. Ask, between spoons of cornflakes, who are your ideal clients. Who are the ones you really connect with and feel on the same wavelength as?

2. On the morning stroll open up about your shared culture? Is it driven by zeal or skepticism, passion for what your are doing, pragmatism? How that culture shapes up in your mind will shape your messaging.

3. Come home and plan out those hourly posts. Information about you are who you are, advice and support for the people you rare reaching out to, messages about your journey together in business, short form on Twitter and on Facebook.

4. Transfer that messaging to a small 2 x $10 pay per click ad campaign on Facebook. 2 x $50 if you really want to push the weekend.

5. Engage for 48 hours (no forgetting sleep), messaging your day to the people you want to work with

6. Get ready to test reaction. Who answers, comments, tweets, what you are saying? How do the PPC stats look?

7. It’s Monday morning – how’s it going?

“One thing I teach,” says Sandi “is check-in for 5 minutes, every hour.  Then if you’re posting 8 x per day, that’s less than an hour per day. 5 hours per week on social media. We won’t lose our life or our focus that way.  It also keeps us very connected.  As my following grew I made it a priority to spend 2-3 hours per day interacting.

Entrepreneurship Is The New Women's Movement

Women are leaving the workforce in droves in favor of being at home. Not to be a homemaker, but as job-making entrepreneurs.

By Natalie MacNeil

A quiet revolution is taking shape right now among women. Unlike the Quiet Revolution that began in the 1970s which saw women leave the home and enter the workforce in droves, women today are leaving the workforce in droves in favor of being at home. But unlike generations of women before, these women are opting to work in the home not as homemakers—but as job-making entrepreneurs.

Women have been starting businesses at a higher rate than men for the last 20 years and tend to create home-based micro (less than 5 employees) and small businesses. Women will create over half of the 9.72 million new small business jobs expected to be created by 2018 and more and more are doing this from home offices across the country. It’s a surprising statistic, especially considering that women-owned businesses only created 16 percent of total U.S. jobs that existed in 2010.

It’s the data released this week though by the National Federation of Independent Business about how women entrepreneurs fared during the recession that really cements that this is a revolution with staying power.

The recession was tough for many small business owners and nearly half of women-owned businesses still haven’t been able to climb back to pre-recession sales, but they persevered and adapted to a new economy. Controlling costs was the most popular strategy adopted among women entrepreneurs to get through the recession and there was a 52% increase in the number of women entrepreneurs using social media to boost business while saving on marketing costs.

“The result…is a new cohort of women-owned businesses, battle-tested and more competitive than the generation that preceded them,” says William Dennis in the report. With more women starting businesses and succeeding there’s an opportunity to reshape the working landscape.

With job satisfaction and work environment satisfaction at an all-time low, something needs to change and this could be a step in the right direction.
Let me make it very clear here: I’m not saying women are better or that women starting more businesses means the world is all rainbows and butterflies. Women just do things differently in the world of business and different should be welcomed.

Many women view corporations today as being fundamentally flawed and limiting in their value structures. The Guardian Life Index, an initiative to understand America’s small business owners, cites “office politics” as a driving factor for women leaving Corporate America to start businesses.
With the cost of starting a business at an all-time low, women are saying “no thank you” to spending years climbing and clawing their way up the corporate ladder, dealing with corporate politics, and working long days without feeling the overall fulfillment they crave.

Many women start businesses that align with personal values and offers freedom and flexibility when it comes to things like scheduling.  ”The glass ceiling that once limited a woman’s career path has paved a new road towards business ownership, where women can utilize their sharp business acumen while building strong family ties,” says Erica Nicole who left Corporate America to start YFS Magazine.

For some women, dissatisfaction with the corporate world begins before they have a chance to even enter the workforce. The road to entrepreneurship for Shama Kabani came after she tried to pursue a career in social media but was rejected by Corporate America . “After 18 corporate companies refused to give me a job on the grounds that social media was a fad, I started my own social media and digital PR firm with $1,500,” Shama explains. That company, The Marketing Zen Group, is now a multi-million dollar company that employs 25 people.

Then there are Gen-Y women who either don’t even consider the corporate track or burn out early in the corporate world and pursue entrepreneurship, as outlined by Meghan Casserly in her wildly popular blog post here on Forbes.com. Millennial women crave independence.

“Making the decision to not follow a system, or someone else’s rules has allowed me to really dig into what my own strengths and gifts are without spending time feeling jaded or wasteful,” says Ishita Gupta who started FEAR.LESS Magazine while going through Seth Godin’s Alternative MBA Program. FEAR.LESS is on a mission to provide a mental toolbox for people to deal with fear, something that still holds a lot of women entrepreneurs back even though they are starting businesses like crazy.

According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, 47.7 percent of women versus 62.1 percent of men believe they are capable of starting and running a business. Hands-on business training like Seth’s AMBA could be key in helping to bridge the confidence gap between women and men when starting a business.

Female-focused incubators and events like the ones offered by Women 2.0 and Ladies Who Launch help women entrepreneurs to build out networks, gain confidence, and learn from successful women. While these events can be highly valuable I caution women to avoid falling into the female-only trap when it comes to business education and seeking guidance and mentorship, especially mentorship.

I believe a female equivalent to the “old boy’s club” is essential for women to help each other grow and edify the next generation of women leaders but I’ve also experienced the value of working with both male and female advisors and mentors. Learning from successful entrepreneurs with different perspectives and experiences help you become a more dynamic and agile business owner.

We need to be dynamic leaders and agile strategists to reshape a work environment that clearly isn’t working anymore. Making the world a better place one worker and workplace at a time will certainly be a road paved with challenges but if we can dig our heels in and prove ourselves in tough situations like the worst recession in our lifetime, I think we can get through anything. One thing is for sure: this women’s movement, the 21st century Quiet Revolution, is here to stay and it’s getting louder and louder.

THE PERFECT SKIN DIET

Eat your way to a better complexion with these 10 skin superfoods

SARA GAYNES

Almonds: Hey, guess what? Almonds are seeds, not nuts, and they're stuffed with vitamin E, a potent sun blocker. Volunteers who consumed 14 milligrams of the vitamin per day (about 20 almonds) and then were exposed to UV light sunburned less than those who took none. "Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that helps to protect skin cells from UV light and other environmental factors that generate cell-damaging free radicals," explains Jeffrey Dover, M.D., associate clinical professor of dermatology at Yale University.
Suitable switch: 2 Tbsp peanut butter; 1/2 cup broccoli.

Carrots: Think of them as orange wonder wands—good for eyeballs, good for clearing up breakouts. Credit vitamin A. "It helps prevent the overproduction of cells in the skin's outer layer," says Howard Murad, M.D., associate clinical professor of dermatology at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. That's where dead cells and sebum combine and clog pores. Another reason to snack on carrots: Vitamin A also reduces the development of skin-cancer cells. Nibble on a half-cup of baby carrots (that's about 16) per day.
Suitable switch: Milk (1 cup); cheddar cheese (1 slice).

Dark Chocolate: It's medicine—so of course you need it! Flavonols, the antioxidants in dark chocolate, reduce roughness in the skin and protect against sun damage. In a study published in The Journal of Nutrition, women who drank cocoa fortified with 326 milligrams of flavonols (equal to a standard Hershey's Special Dark bar) had better skin texture and stronger resistance to UV rays than those who drank cocoa containing just a small amount of the antioxidant. You need just a few ounces a day.
Sort-of-suitable switch: Blackberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries—though you'd have to eat a huge amount.

Flaxseeds: These wee seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids, which erase spots and iron out fine lines. The British Journal of Nutrition reported that participants in one study who downed just over two grams (about half a teaspoon) of O-3's in six weeks experienced significantly less irritation and redness, along with better-hydrated skin. "The fats are believed to stifle your body's response to irritation and attract water to skin cells to plump up the skin and reduce wrinkles," Murad says. Sprinkle seeds on oatmeal or veggies.
Suitable switch: Flaxseed oil (1 Tbsp with sauteed veggies); salmon (4 oz); walnuts (1 oz, or about 14 halves).

Green Tea: What can't green tea do? OK, your taxes. Anyway, when it's hot, the bionic brew releases catechins, a type of antioxidant with proven anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. (The tea's antioxidants start to degrade as it cools, so drink it while it's hot.) A 2007 study in The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry found that drinking two to six cups a day not only helps prevent skin cancer but may reverse the effects of sun damage by neutralizing the changes that appear in sun-exposed skin.
Suitable switch: White tea.

Safflower Oil: The omega-6 fatty acids found in safflower oil can be the ultimate moisturizer for people who suffer from painfully dry, flaky, itchy skin. They keep cell walls supple, allowing water to better penetrate the skin. Scientists have found that this oil may help people who suffer from severe conditions like eczema. So shoot for an amount that gives you 5 to 10 percent of your daily calories.
Suitable switch: Cooking oils like borage, soybean, or corn oil.

Spinach: You could probably build a fortress against the Big C with these leaves. In a study published in the International Journal of Cancer, people who ate the most leafy greens actually had half as many skin tumors over 11 years as those who ate the least. It's thought that the folate in these veggies may help repair and maintain DNA—basically bolstering cells' ability to renew themselves. That reduces the likelihood of cancer-cell growth, Drayer says. The added bonus to Popeye's fix: The water in greens penetrates cell membranes—which makes for plumper and less wrinkled skin.
Suitable switch: Collard greens.

Sweet Potatoes: They not only pack a big yum; they're also loaded with vitamin C, which smooths out wrinkles. "Vitamin C is essential to collagen production," Dover says, "and the more collagen you have, the less creased your skin looks." In fact, a recent study in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that volunteers who consumed about four milligrams of C (that's about half a small sweet tater) daily for three years decreased the appearance of wrinkles by 11 percent.
Suitable switch: 2 Carrots (1 large or 16 baby); orange juice (6 oz).

Tomatoes: Sure, they're swell on salads, but cook them down and these plump little beauties can help save your skin. Why? Lycopene, the phytochemical that makes tomatoes red, helps eliminate skin-aging free radicals caused by ultraviolet rays, according to Murad. Your body gains the most sun-shielding nutrients when the vegetable is heated. Just a half-cup of cooked tomatoes or pasta sauce has 16 milligrams of lycopene; along with ample sunscreen, that daily dose should help keep you out of the red.Suitable switch: Watermelon (1/16 of a whole melon).

Tuna in a Can: Your favorite sandwich melt has a little secret: selenium. This nutrient helps preserve elastin, a protein that keeps your skin smooth and tight. The antioxidant is also believed to buffer against the sun (it stops free radicals created by UV exposure from damaging cells). Three ounces, or half a can per day, can help.
Suitable switch: Brazil nuts (about 12); turkey (1 cup).
